1. Service Acceptance and General Terms – Standard Plan

Thank you for choosing XmartFi’s Standard Plan. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. This document serves as your official confirmation of service acceptance and will be securely stored along with your payment confirmation.

2. Service and Equipment Details

  • The Standard Plan is a 100% contract-free, prepaid monthly service.

  • The $147 USD initial payment covers:

    • Activation

    • Shipping

    • Applicable taxes

    • Full ownership of the router

  • This payment grants you immediate ownership of the equipment.

  • The plan includes a 7-day trial period, starting from the date the equipment is delivered.

  • If no cancellation is received by the 7th calendar day, the first monthly charge of $97 USD will be processed automatically on the 8th day, initiating the monthly billing cycle.

  • Monthly payments of $97 USD will recur automatically on the same date each month.

3. Refund and Return Policy

  • If you choose not to continue with the service during the 7-day trial, and notify XmartFi before the end of the trial, you are eligible for a full refund of $147 USD.

  • In order to receive a refund, the router must be returned in perfect condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

  • If any component is missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a $30 USD restoration fee will apply.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day trial period under any circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You acknowledge that service performance depends on network availability and coverage in your area.
 You agree to use the equipment exclusively for XmartFi services and ensure proper handling and maintenance of the device.
 To cancel the service and request a refund during the trial, you must:

  • Notify XmartFi within 7 calendar days of equipment delivery.

  • Return the equipment in proper condition, with all original accessories.

5. Legal Acknowledgment

By clicking "Pay Now", you confirm the following:

  • I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the service.

  • I understand this is a contract-free, prepaid plan with a 7-day risk-free trial.

  • I acknowledge that the $147 USD payment grants me full ownership of the router, and is refundable only if I cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period.

  • I authorize a $97 USD monthly payment to be charged starting on the 8th day if I do not cancel during the trial.

  • I authorize a $30 USD restoration fee if the equipment is returned incomplete or damaged.

  • This document will be stored securely with my payment confirmation.
