1. Service Acceptance and General Terms – Premium Plan

Thank you for choosing XmartFi’s Premium Plan. By completing your initial payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. This document serves as your official acknowledgment of service acceptance and will be securely stored along with your payment confirmation.

2. Service and Equipment Details

The Premium Plan is a 100% contract-free, prepaid monthly service, with a monthly charge of $150 USD, billed directly by XmartFi.

  • The initial payment includes partial equipment cost and setup.

  • If the customer maintains 24 full months of active service, the router becomes their property.

  • If the service is canceled before completing 24 months, the router must be returned to XmartFi within 14 calendar days.

  • If the router is not returned on time, a charge of $200 USD will be automatically applied.

The first monthly payment of $150 USD will be processed on the 8th calendar day after equipment delivery and will recur automatically on the same date each month.

3. Trial Period and Refunds

  • The service includes a 7-day trial period starting on the date the equipment is delivered.

  • If canceled within this trial window, the customer is eligible for a $100 USD refund.

  • The remaining $47 USD is non-refundable and covers shipping, activation, and setup costs.

  • After day 7, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Billing, Suspension, and Reconnection Fees

  • Your billing date is set based on the 8th day after equipment delivery and remains fixed each month.

  • If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the service will be suspended automatically.

  • Reconnection fees apply as follows:

    • $10 if the service is suspended for up to 10 days.

    • $20 if the suspension exceeds 10 days.

5. Customer Obligations

Before requesting service cancellation, the customer agrees to contact XmartFi for technical support. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring service quality before proceeding with termination requests.

The customer agrees to:

  • Use the equipment exclusively for XmartFi services.

  • Maintain monthly payments in good standing.

  • Return the router if canceling before completing 24 months.

  • Understand that service speed may vary depending on coverage and location.

6. Legal Acknowledgment

By completing this form and making your initial payment, you confirm the following:

  • I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the XmartFi Premium Plan.

  • I understand this is a 100% contract-free, prepaid monthly service.

  • I understand the router becomes my property if I complete 24 months of active service.

  • If I cancel early, I agree to return the router within 14 days or authorize a charge of $200 USD.

  • I understand no refunds are available after day 7 of the trial period.

  • I understand reconnection fees apply if payment is not made on time.

This document will be securely stored along with my payment confirmation.
