Thank you for choosing XmartFi. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of service outlined below. This document serves as official proof of service acceptance and will be stored along with your payment confirmation as supporting evidence in case of any dispute.

✅ Service Details:

The service is provided on a prepaid basis and is 100% contract-free. You may cancel at any time, provided the equipment is returned under the stated conditions.
The equipment (router/modem) is provided on a rental basis by XmartFi LLC. It remains the property of XmartFi and must be returned if the service is canceled.
The customer agrees to maintain the equipment in good condition.
A one-time initial payment of $147 USD includes: activation, taxes, shipping, and use of the equipment for the duration of the service.
The service includes a 14-day free trial, which begins upon receipt of the equipment at the service address.
After the trial period, the first automatic payment will be charged according to the selected service plan.

❌ Refund and Return Policy:

No refunds will be issued after the 14-day trial period, under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund during the trial period, the customer must return the equipment in perfect condition, including all original accessories.
Refunds will only be processed after the equipment is received, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition.
If the equipment is not returned, or is returned damaged or incomplete, the customer will not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional charges.

📢 Customer Responsibilities:

You acknowledge that service availability depends on network coverage in your area.
You agree to use the provided equipment exclusively for the purposes authorized by XmartFi.
If the service is canceled, you must:
1. Be up to date with all payments.
2. Return the equipment to XmartFi within 14 days.
