1. Service Acceptance and General Terms – Standard Plan

Thank you for choosing XmartFi’s Standard Plan. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions described below. This document shall serve as official proof of service acceptance and will be digitally stored with your payment confirmation.

2. Service and Equipment Details

The Standard Plan is a prepaid monthly service with a monthly charge of $107 USD (includes router financing fee).
The initial payment of $57 USD covers the first 7 days of service, including shipping, activation, and applicable taxes.
The 7-day period constitutes a trial phase, beginning on the date the equipment is delivered.
If the service is not canceled by the 7th calendar day, a monthly payment of $107 USD will be automatically processed on the 8th day and recur on the same date each month.
The $57 payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This plan includes router financing: the router remains the property of XmartFi LLC during the first 12 months of service.
If the customer completes 12 consecutive months of uninterrupted service, the router becomes their property at no extra charge.
If the service is canceled before the 12-month period, the customer must return the equipment within 14 calendar days of cancellation.
Failure to return the router within this timeframe will result in an automatic charge of $140 USD, authorized by the customer.
If the router is returned with damages, missing accessories, or signs of misuse, a $30 USD restoration fee will apply.
If the equipment fails during the active plan due to causes covered by XmartFi, the customer is eligible for a replacement router only after returning the previous one.
If the router is damaged beyond normal wear and tear or lost, the customer is responsible for acquiring a replacement unit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You acknowledge that service speed and availability may vary based on your location and network conditions.
You agree to use the equipment solely for XmartFi’s services and maintain all payments current.
To cancel your service, you must:

Be up to date on all payments.
Return the equipment to XmartFi within 14 calendar days (if cancellation occurs before completing 12 months).

4. Legal Acknowledgment

By clicking “Pay Now,” you confirm the following:

I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the service.
I understand this is a 100% contract-free, prepaid service with no refund policy.
I understand that the $57 USD initial payment is non-refundable and covers setup and the 7-day trial.
I authorize XmartFi to charge $107 USD on the 8th day if I do not cancel during the trial period.
I understand that the router is financed and becomes my property after 12 uninterrupted months of service.
I authorize a $140 USD charge if I cancel early and do not return the equipment within 14 calendar days.
I authorize a $30 USD restoration fee if the router is returned damaged, incomplete, or in poor condition.
I understand that in case of malfunction, a new router will only be shipped after the original unit is returned.
This document will be securely stored with my payment confirmation.
